Responsibility

  • Develop and execute creative copy for digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create compelling content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovative content strategies.
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and output.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of copy across various channels, using data-driven insights to optimize content for better engagement and conversion.
  • Assist in the development of brand messaging, tone of voice, and content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging copy for digital and print media.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles, from persuasive sales copy to informative blog posts and social media content.
  • Excellent command of English, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization for search engines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
