Responsibility
- Develop and execute engaging live shopping concepts tailored to client brands, products, and target audiences.
- Manage end-to-end live shopping productions, including scripting, host coordination, and technical setup.
- Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align live shopping campaigns with broader digital strategies.
- Optimize live content for SEO and social media to maximize reach and discoverability.
- Stay ahead of live commerce trends and platform updates (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, Lazada Live) to innovate campaign approaches.
- Train and mentor hosts, influencers, or brand representatives on persuasive selling techniques and audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in live shopping, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency or high-growth brand.
- Strong understanding of social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Instagram Live, Shopee Live, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and convert audiences in real time.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a portfolio of successful live shopping campaigns or content strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
