Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce strategies to increase sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and others.
  • Manage and optimize key e-commerce accounts, ensuring high performance, inventory accuracy, and seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service.
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize conversions and profitability.
  • Implement SEO and content optimization techniques to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform partners and vendors to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our e-commerce presence remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or sales strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce platforms and digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with platforms, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices for e-commerce.
  • Experience with inventory management, CRM systems, and automation tools is highly desirable.
