Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience preferences.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics) for social media platforms.
- Manage and oversee all social media channels, ensuring consistent branding, tone, and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce cohesive and compelling campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design, or copywriting).
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO, hashtag strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media analytics and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
