Responsibility
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce stores, ensuring smooth functionality and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow e-commerce operations across various market channels.
- Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize sales and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service for online sales.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on e-commerce performance for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Bali’s e-commerce market is a plus.
