Responsibility
- Source and identify high-potential M&A opportunities through market research, networking, and broker relationships.
- Manage and track NDAs, LOIs, and other critical deal documents to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
- Conduct preliminary financial and market analysis to assess deal viability and growth potential.
- Coordinate with brokers, investors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
- Prepare and present deal summaries, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential transactions and provide regular updates on deal progress.
- Support due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Assist in negotiating deal terms and structuring transactions to maximize value for all parties.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and market research.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with brokers, investors, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of managing multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
