Responsibility
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic re-forecasting activities.
- Assist in the evaluation of capital expenditures, investments, and business cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP standards is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
