Responsibility
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for sales teams or executives.
- Research and build prospect lists using CRM tools and market intelligence.
- Follow up with leads through personalized, multi-touch campaigns to nurture relationships.
- Track and document all interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for leads generated and appointments set.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales support (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional tone.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead tracking tools.
