Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our presence on Shopee and TikTok Shop, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality products and suppliers to diversify and strengthen our e-commerce catalog.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations, to boost brand visibility and conversions.
- Host and coordinate live-selling sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live, engaging audiences and driving real-time sales.
- Analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting performance insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in e-commerce business development, digital marketing, or sales, preferably with Shopee and/or TikTok Shop.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including product listing optimization, ad management, and performance analytics.
- Experience hosting or managing live-selling sessions, with a knack for engaging audiences and driving conversions.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or e-commerce dashboards to track and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, influencers, and internal teams.
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude, capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) or willing to relocate.
