Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, product launches, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market, including local business practices and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
