Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, salaries, benefits, and tax information.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and document management.
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile discrepancies under the supervision of senior HR staff.
- Liaise with employees to address payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist in the preparation of government-mandated reports (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions).
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with accounting systems.
- Participate in HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule to align with global team operations.
