Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
