Responsibility
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and grievance handling.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
