Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff for the home care agency.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels and compliance with client care plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including contracts, certifications, and performance evaluations.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies in California.
- Address employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR management, recruitment, or staffing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and healthcare compliance (California-specific experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and payroll software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection and time zone flexibility (PST alignment preferred).
- Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
