As our HR Admin Generalist, youâll be the backbone of our regional HR functions, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, accurate HR data administration, and efficient payroll support. Youâll collaborate with teams across APAC to implement HR initiatives, maintain compliance, and foster a positive workplace cultureâall while working remotely from your preferred location in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).

Responsibility
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping for APAC teams
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data
- Provide payroll support, including data verification, leave management, and benefits administration
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives across the region
- Coordinate with local and global HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
- Handle employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and company policies
- Support HR projects, such as performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, generalist roles, or related fields
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management and payroll support
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication with teams
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance in the Philippines, Malaysia, or APAC region
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
