Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and leave management.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
