Responsibility
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Oversee administrative operations, including office management, payroll coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Drive talent development initiatives, including training programs, career growth plans, and succession planning.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing employee concerns.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is a plus.
