Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of Thai-speaking tech professionals across various domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline sourcing and hiring processes.
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights on improving recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
- Native or professional fluency in Thai (spoken and written) and proficiency in English.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidate skills effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Southeast Asian tech market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
