Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the food manufacturing industry.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs, conduct workforce planning, and support talent acquisition strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and industry standards to mitigate legal risks.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness, to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
