Responsibility
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support recruitment processes by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Help organize employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing staff.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update internal databases with employee information.
- Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and compliance audits.
- Provide support for payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics by collecting and analyzing workforce data.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or databases.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
