Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of a global knowledge management strategy aligned with corporate operations goals.
- Design and implement scalable knowledge-sharing platforms, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Oversee the curation, organization, and dissemination of critical operational knowledge across regions.
- Drive adoption of knowledge management best practices through training, workshops, and change management initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage metrics to continuously improve accessibility and relevance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in knowledge management and recommend innovative approaches.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on knowledge enablement to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in knowledge management, corporate operations, or HR with a focus on enablement.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing knowledge management systems in a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms).
- Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with a global mindset.
