Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for early-career roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Participate in career fairs and campus recruitment events.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
