Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for roles across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, such as training workshops, mentorship initiatives, and career pathing frameworks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment with company culture and values.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and present data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a seamless integration process for all employees, fostering engagement from day one.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify skills gaps and design upskilling/reskilling programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, ensuring all hiring and development practices adhere to legal standards.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
- Strong understanding of employee development principles and experience designing training or career growth programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
