Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment, screening, and onboarding of promoters to ensure a qualified and motivated workforce.
- Coordinate training programs and orientation sessions for new hires to align them with company goals and standards.
- Manage promoter schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of promoter attendance, performance metrics, and feedback for reporting purposes.
- Liaise between management and promoters to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and improve communication.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to promoters.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company regulations in promoter management.
- Assist in organizing team-building activities and incentives to boost morale and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or team management, preferably in a promotional or retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with promoters and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia (or willingness to learn).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
