Responsibility
- Ensure all employee KPIs are aligned with the company's vision and mission, driving performance and productivity.
- Develop and update job descriptions for all roles to reflect current responsibilities and expectations.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proven experience in performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy development.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
