Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs to enhance skills, productivity, and career growth.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and recommend tailored programs to address skill gaps and business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and counseling to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and employee development plans.
- Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, feedback sessions, and data-driven insights.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to drive continuous improvement in employee relations and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focusing on employee relations and training.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the tech or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive HR strategies and decisions.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or training methodologies (e.g., ATD) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
