Responsibility
- Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly recruitment targets to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine sourcing strategies.
- Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment, sales, and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
