Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to employee and organizational needs.
- Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and performance metrics.
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high participation and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
- Manage the training budget, vendor relationships, and external partnerships for specialized programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training & Development, HR, or Learning & Development roles.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and impact.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
