Responsibility
- Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.

- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, harassment claims, and other workplace issues, ensuring confidentiality and fairness.

- Monitor and analyze labor trends, legal updates, and industry best practices to proactively address potential issues.

- Represent the company in labor-related negotiations, audits, and legal proceedings as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations, HR compliance, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Certification in labor relations or HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
