Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems to maintain a productive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Handle legal documentation, permits, and corporate governance matters in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess workforce productivity and propose data-driven improvements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR and legal risks, providing proactive solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law, employment contracts, and industrial relations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading HR and legal teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) or legal practice are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
