Responsibility

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
  • Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and operations teams, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing virtual meetings.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing virtual team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Handle payroll-related tasks, including verifying attendance records, processing leave requests, and coordinating with the finance team.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a well-organized digital workspace.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and basic payroll processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
