Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients via phone, email, and digital channels to promote healthcare services and solutions.
- Educate patients on available healthcare options, treatment plans, and support programs, tailoring communication to individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience throughout their healthcare journey.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into committed patients or clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers and marketing, to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all interactions and outcomes in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for follow-up and reporting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new healthcare products, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Address patient concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare outreach, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a patient-centric approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare products, services, or insurance is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is advantageous.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
