Responsibility
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling high-priority meetings, travel, and internal/external engagements.
- Coordinate loan processing workflows, from application intake to final approval, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for leadership teams.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, legal) and external partners to gather and verify loan documentation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for executive correspondence and loan records.
- Monitor deadlines for loan approvals, disbursements, and reporting, proactively flagging potential delays.
- Draft professional communications, including emails, reports, and presentations, on behalf of executives.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support, such as expense tracking, vendor coordination, and event planning.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with loan processing, document verification, or financial data entry is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (business-level proficiency required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
- High attention to detail, with a track record of accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
