Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide professional and courteous support to Hong Kong-based clients in Cantonese.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes.
- Meet and exceed performance targets (KPIs) for response time and resolution rate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and feedback.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management.
