Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and healthcare information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update databases as required.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Adhere to healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient confidentiality.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.
