As a target-driven sales professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in consulting potential learners, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect course to achieve their goals. Responsibility
- Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective students to identify their learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrollments through persuasive and ethical sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre- and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on course offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback to management on market demand, client objections, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (1+ years) in education, SaaS, or consultative sales roles—remote work experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Passion for education and helping others achieve their career goals.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) with eligibility to work in Indonesia (or as a digital nomad).
