Responsibility

  • Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, social media posts) tailored to the PropTech industry.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email) to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion rates) to refine campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing across all channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights for targeted content.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, user experience, and lead capture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in startups or tech industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing writing samples, social media campaigns, or graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot).
