Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive student enrollment across EtonHouse schools in Bali.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to engage target audiences.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned materials (brochures, videos, blogs, etc.) for both online and offline channels.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight the unique value of EtonHouse’s educational programs.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement) and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Organize and promote school events, open houses, and webinars to attract prospective families and partners.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and education platforms to secure coverage and partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including websites, print materials, and external communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns with measurable impact on brand growth and lead generation.
- Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
