Responsibility

  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies, including newsletters, intranet content, and leadership announcements.
  • Create engaging, on-brand written and visual content (e.g., articles, emails, presentations) to inform and motivate employees.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to refine communication approaches.
  • Assist in organizing internal events (town halls, workshops) and digital campaigns to boost morale and transparency.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to align internal and external communications.
  • Manage content calendars and deadlines for time-sensitive corporate updates.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure all materials reflect San Miguel’s values and mission.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate writing, or PR (internships count!).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices for internal content is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with adaptability and discretion.
