Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a multi-platform e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, ROI) to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Manage seller and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality listings, competitive pricing, and timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media) to boost marketplace traffic and engagement.
  • Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to enhance user experience, checkout processes, and delivery efficiency.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketplace performance and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or marketplace operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of growing sales and market share on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, or BI tools to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies for e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, CRM, and ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
