Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid search platforms to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to refine campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and third-party platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure alignment between paid and organic search strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools in SEM and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEM, PPC, or digital advertising, with a proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
