Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our social media presence innovative and effective.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
