Responsibility
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Process and track timesheets, ensuring timely submission and approval.
- Manage invoicing and financial tracking using Excel and accounting software.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflows.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, flagging discrepancies for review.
- Prepare and distribute project reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and project milestones.
- Ensure all administrative tasks adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and project management tools.
