Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans on-site.
- Enforce strict safety and quality control standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to address permits, approvals, and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction site supervision or a related role.
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols, OSHA standards, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to work on-site in varying weather conditions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and cultural work environment is advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
