Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with UK CQC regulations and healthcare legal standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps and risks.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in UK healthcare laws and CQC guidelines.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field.
- Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in UK healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and UK healthcare regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in auditing and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CIPP, CCP) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with compliance software and documentation tools.
