Responsibility

- Schedule follow-up calls, demos, or meetings for the sales team.
- Accurately log call details, outcomes, and client feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex inquiries to senior team members.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to improve call effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English with clear, professional phone etiquette.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong persuasion and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and a noise-free workspace.
