Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and drive sales.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and pain points.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Handle objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance credibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working night shifts (flexible schedules may apply).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorās degree is a plus.
