Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using an automated dialer system to prospective and existing customers in the US market.
- Deliver clear, professional, and engaging customer service while adhering to company scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Accurately document call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales data in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and improve call strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all customer communications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or customer service (preferably in a US market context).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills with the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Familiarity with automated dialer systems, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a commitment to meeting targets.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Willingness to work US-friendly hours (evening/night shifts in Bali time).
