Responsibility
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the mortgage and real estate investment space.
- Identify and qualify high-intent leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
- Schedule appointment meetings for the sales team with decision-makers and investors.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, follow-ups, and lead statuses.
- Customize pitches and scripts based on client profiles and market trends.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly call volume and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, mortgage rates, and real estate market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development (real estate/finance preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access.
- Basic understanding of mortgage lending, real estate investment, or financial services is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
