Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential suppliers in the Facility Management sector through targeted outreach and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard high-quality suppliers efficiently and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Facility Management industry.
- Manage the onboarding process, including contract negotiations and compliance checks.
- Track and report on supplier acquisition metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional support to suppliers, ensuring their integration into our platform is smooth and successful.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, supplier acquisition, or business development, preferably in Facility Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Experience in remote work environments, with a track record of self-motivation and discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and supplier management platforms.
