Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential skilled trades suppliers through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Conduct consultations to understand supplier needs and present the benefits of joining our network.
  • Guide suppliers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve supplier experience.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including supplier acquisition and retention rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to address supplier inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or supplier onboarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
  • Knowledge of the skilled trades industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
