Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential skilled trades suppliers through targeted outreach and networking.
- Conduct consultations to understand supplier needs and present the benefits of joining our network.
- Guide suppliers through the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve supplier experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including supplier acquisition and retention rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address supplier inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or supplier onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
- Knowledge of the skilled trades industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
